For urgent deliveries, we also offer 1-2 Business days Express delivery service for an extra charge. Some exceptions to express shipping include orders containing Dangerous Goods items such as aerosol bottles, very large orders, or delivery areas outside of the Express Post network.

Please make sure that your delivery address is within the Australia Post Express Delivery Network Before finalizing your order, if you’ve selected and paid for express delivery for an out of express post network address, your parcel will be delivered in the quickest way possible, however, the 2 business days guarantee would not apply and we will not be able to accept claims for postage refunds.

In case we are unable to express post your parcel to you, you will be notified and your order will then be delivered via standard eparcel service with signature and any excess charges you may have incurred will be refunded.

Shipping charges vary and will be calculated depending on the weight and the destination country.
IMPORTANT: Some international orders may receive a separate invoice for shipping charges after placing their order. If you’re not sure about shipping costs, please send us an email before placing your order.  

Please note that Free shipping for orders over $50 does not apply for shipping outside of Australia.

Different countries have different import and customs laws, your International order may be subject to import charges. NevoShop.com.au accepts no responsibility for these – please check with your customs office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country.

International Orders

If you live outside of the countries listed above and wish to place an order, we may be able to accommodate your request. Before placing an order you will need to contact us for a quote on shipping charges to the destination country.

If you have placed an international order and did not pay for shipping at the time of placing your order, a separate invoice will be created to cover any shipping & handling charges. Your order will not be released until the shipping & handling fees have been paid in full.


Delivery Information

We recommend, if possible, to have your order delivered to your work/business place. Please place the company name on the shipping address in addition to your name.

Authority to Leave

You can request to have your parcel left unattended, however, if you give us Authority to leave your parcel unattended, we will take no responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen from the property.

*Please note that some items with higher value cannot be left unattended.

Delivery to PO Boxes

Although not recommended, you can have your order delivered to a PO Box, however, please note that your order will be delivered via Australia Post, as courier companies do not deliver to PO Boxes.

While tracking may still be available, we will not be responsible for orders that are lost or misplaced after they have been marked as delivered.

What if I’m not home to accept my parcel?

If there’s no one home to accept your parcel, the driver will leave a card for you to collect your parcel at the local Post Office. Please note that we use a signature on delivery service, the delivery driver will not leave the parcel in your mail box or anywhere else unattended regardless of the size of the parcel, unless this was clearly specified on your order.

Please make sure to claim your parcel as soon as possible, if you do not claim your package within a couple of days, it will be returned to us. We would then have to refund the order to you less a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total order. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

I’ve given the wrong address, can you re-post the parcel?

If wrong delivery details had been provided, your parcel would most likely be returned to us. If you would like us to re-send the parcel to you, postage would have to be paid again, even if your order was initially posted free of charge. Should you choose not to have your parcel re-sent, we would then process a refund less 10% re-stocking fee, plus any postage fees up to $9.95.


We keep a large amount of stock on hand, however from time to time we may run low or the manufacturers may be temporarily out of stock on an item. If there will be a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you.

Delivery Instructions

If you have any special delivery instructions/requests, please place them in the comments section of your order, but please keep in mind that Australia post’s drivers may not always be able to fulfill certain requests if those conflict with Australia post’s policies and procedures. We cannot be held responsible should certain instructions are not fulfilled by Australia post.
