How can I track my parcel?

  1. Click the track link from the email you received when your order was dispatched.
  2. Click the track link by using the order track tool below.
  3. Enter your parcel’s tracking number on the Australia post website here https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

What is the current status of my order?

This tool allows you to check the current status of your order.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

  • Processing – your order has been received and is currently being packed, or awaiting dispatch.
  • Completed – your order has been dispatched.
  • On Hold – we have yet to receive payment for this order.
  • Refunded – your order has been (partially) refunded.
  • Cancelled – your order has been cancelled.
