- Enter your parcel’s tracking number on the Australia post website here https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

What is the current status of my order?
This tool allows you to check the current status of your order.
- Processing – your order has been received and is currently being packed, or awaiting dispatch.
- Completed – your order has been dispatched.
- On Hold – we have yet to receive payment for this order.
- Refunded – your order has been (partially) refunded.
- Cancelled – your order has been cancelled.
